Who is the creator of Bitcoin The search for a Bitcoin creator continues

Cryptocurrency proponents have always wondered who actually came up with the main token for this technology, the digital currency Bitcoin. At the moment, we only know that there is an unknown character who has chosen the alias Satoshi Nakamoto. Word recently spread that it might be the originator of Linux, specifically Linus Torvalds.

One day, an innocent entry by Torvalds appeared in the GitHub repository, where the following versions of the Linux kernel were released. Here is its content, that is, three words that occupied the world of information technology: “Name – I am Satoshi.”

It has begun. A torrent of comments and speculation immediately appeared on social networks, with everyone at the races asking themselves: Is it possible that Torvald is the father of Bitcoin? Some argued it, while others thought it was a joke. After some time, Torvalds himself admitted that he had nothing to do with Bitcoin.

Either way, one thing remains for certain: we still don’t know who Satoshi Nakamoto really is. A mysterious person has never revealed any clues, allowing us even to speculate on his true identity. Right after 2010 – shortly after the idea of bitcoin digital money came online – Nakamoto disappeared from view and it is still unknown who he was.

There have been many attempts to get to know him in recent years. For example, Newsweek wrote eight years ago that Satoshi Nakamoto is a Japanese who left his homeland some time ago and is now living a quiet life in California. In turn, Australian Craig Wright (computer scientist) claimed that it was the mysterious Nakamoto. However, he could not prove this in any way, and everyone turned this saying into a joke. One must only hope that one day we will finally find out who Satoshi Nakamoto is. For now, at least we know it’s not Linus Torvalds.
