Let’s start from the beginning. After you download, install and launch iSpring Suite, a screen will appear where you can select the type of materials you want to prepare:
Courses
Quiz(s)
Dialogue simulation (simulation)
Recording screenshots
Interactive materials (interactions),
Publications/Books.

Do you want to create any of the above materials? Click on the appropriate tab – then click on the “Create” button. If you already have PowerPoint Presentations (PPT) – click the “Open” button.

Anyone who has ever used Power Point will notice that after starting a new presentation or project in iSpring Suite, the previously known interface of PPT will appear. Why is it like that? Well, when you install iSpring Suite it adds a new tab to PowerPoint . This is where the software has to offer – from screen recording tools to graphic design tools and interactive tests.

The main iSpring Suite tools are:

QuizMaker (Creation tool for uizów and surveys ) – a simple and intuitive tool that allows you to design slides with quiz questions in different formats. The tool provides ready-made templates for different types of tests (eg single-choice or multiple-choice tests, true/false questions, lining up or grab-and-drop tests). All items can be quickly edited (both questions and answers). QuizMaker allows you to add multimedia to questions (graphics, images, video and audio) and create simple polls.

Visuals ( Interactive Creation Tool ) – An easy-to-use tool for users who do not have technical knowledge to create interactive publications and materials. The visuals provide ready-to-edit interactive screen templates that allow you to clearly present a timeline of events, explain a multi-stage process, create FAQs, discuss a problem step-by-step, or design a drop-down list of terms.

TalkMaster ( Dialogue Simulation Creation Tool ) – a tool that allows you to design engaging scenarios and simulate conversations. The tool may seem complicated at first glance – but it is not! All you have to do is select the dialogue characters from the database and the scenography in which the conversation is taking place, to set up interesting screens with the conversations. TalkMaster will make the material more engaging with the story and allow you to present a case study that will help the recipient understand a difficult theory.

Screen recorder ( screecast creation tool ) – a fast and intuitive tool that allows you to record part or the entire screen of the screen (eg laptop or smartphone). It allows you to easily create professional tutorials, tutorial videos (such as apps), and video courses. The ability to edit the registry directly in the program is a great help. The creator of the video material can save the recording to disk as a separate file, add it to the created online course, or immediately publish it to the YouTube channel.

For more information on the above tools, see here .

The program allows you to publish materials in a different version of the file and in a different location: directly on a computer disk, an e-learning platform or a CD. Before publishing the prepared material, you can easily check how it is presented on different devices – desktop computer, tablet, smartphone.
