Nvidia DRIVE Hyperion is an integrated solution that includes AV Drive Orin, DRIVE AV and DRIVE IX mainframes, as well as networking and security systems, including ambient sound sensors.

DRIVE Orin is expected to power the Jaguar Land Rover’s operating system, while Hyperion should act as the vehicles’ central “nervous system.”

It’s worth noting that Jaguar Land Rover will use its data center solutions from Nvidia DGX to train AI models using DRIVE Sim software. All this so that the cars adapt well to driving and benefit from technological solutions in real time.

Newer vehicles will also receive software updates over the air, along with the Jaguar Land Rover framework, which will provide a proper framework for testing and validation.
