- Under this new policy, the house rent allowance deduction i.e. HRA for employees is also being considered. Under the work-from-home draft issued by the Department of Labor, the IT sector can also get special exemptions in the new rules. In this, IT employees are also more likely to get comfortable working hours.
- According to the Ministry of Labor, this special model has been prepared for the first time, taking into account the safety of workers in the information technology sector, as well as all the needs of the service sector.
- Apart from this, the Ministry of Labor has also requested suggestions from the general public regarding this new project. If you also wish to make any suggestion regarding this, you can send your suggestion to the Ministry of Labor within 30 days. However, the Labor Department is expected to implement this law in April.
